Marriage Mediation.
Mediation is a voluntary process whereby a trained and state certified family law mediator acts to encourage and facilitate the resolution of a dispute without prescribing what the result should be. This method of peacemaking occurs in one or more two-hour sessions with both the husband and wife and is intended to assist the couple recognize which needs are not being addressed and to help the couple design their marriage so that each and every need of both the husband and wife is met. Marriage Mediation is designed to serve marriages on the verge of divorce needing urgent surgery and restoration in the marriage operating room.
